Contrary to what you might think, it's about more than preparing the house for sale. Staging is what you do after you've cleaned, decluttered, painted, made minor repairs; it's all about dressing the house for sale. Staging makes your house look bigger, brighter, cleaner, warmer, more loving and, best of all, it makes home buyers want to buy it.

As soon as a home comes on the market, there is a flurry of activity surrounding it. This is the crucial time when Sales Representatives and potential buyers sit up and take notice. A new listing should be correctly priced on the first day. A brand new listing is (a) exciting (b) is shown more and (c) generally sells for a higher price than an older listing.
